Professional Experience

 

Upon graduating from Cornell, I worked in management consulting with Towers Watson as a Senior Analyst in the Change Management practice. Though I was primarily based out of the firm's Boston office, my projects took me all over the United States and Canada as I partnered with clients at Fortune 500 companies to plan and implement strategic organizational changes, including mergers, acquistions, benefit changes, and workforce reductions. I also worked extensively on employee research, collecting and analyzing data from focus groups and surveys to inform the rollout of organizational changes. I left Towers Watson in 2011 to begin the doctoral program at Boston College.
